We brought ProPlanix in after the baseline schedule was approved, with six weeks of schedule slippage and disputed change orders already in play. They developed a defensible schedule in MS Project that gave us a credible path to completion and the delay analysis we needed to substantiate our position. ProPlanix is highly responsive and genuinely understands construction methodology — they weren't sitting in an office sending reports; they were embedded with our team and flagged sequencing risks even when the news was uncomfortable to hear. We were granted a six-week Extension of Time (EOT) and a baseline reset, avoiding what could have been significant losses.
